Magnesium Malate provides 200 mg of magnesium from 1000 mg magnesium malate in order to also supply malic acid.

This is a superior product. Appreciate that its only necessary to take 1 cap... Because it has more available magnesium it relaxes me, helps sleep pleasantly nights. Second fave is Nutramedix, even tho less available magnesium per label, it also works great even w/only one cap taken daily. I eat a high protein diet (indulge a cheese addiction, too) so quickly notice an imbalance (calf muscle cramp when swimming) if not getting enough mag to retain balance w/calcium consumed. But only Kirkman's affects sleep quality w/single dose. Take it pm. 120#'s, modest metabolism. Chronic lyme & bartonella treated successfully once before w/full Nutramedix Cowden only, and shall prevail again w/this Spring's infection. To your good health!

What I like is the potency and quality of this product. You get more milligrams of actual magnesium than other brands per pill. And this one really helps my muscles. Easy on the stomach and body to.
