HELPS WITH PAIN, SLEEP AND BOWEL MOVEMENTS

I have been taking magnesium supplements for a long time but this one is so effective, no comparison. It goes right into your system. I had muscle spasms and took a tsp 3x/ day and that helped tremendously. I also noticed that I had 2-3 bowel movements, which is very unusual for me. And, I am sleeping much deeper now.

Great product

Cardiovascular Magnesium Solution is a very absorbable form of magnesium. I like that it is liquid and mixes in juice or water very nicely.
