Microcrystalline Calcium Hydroxyapatite Complex (M.C.H.C.) is derived from raw bone and prepared by a special low temperature process (below 37°C) to preserve the protein content, and provide highly biioavailable calcium. The formula includes vitamin D3 necessary for the absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus, as well normal growth and development of bones and teeth.
Suggested Usage
One capsule four times daily.

- Calcium (from MCHA and calcium citrate) 250 mg
- Phosphorous (from MCHA) 56 mg
- Boron (as boron aspartate) 750 mcg
Other Ingredients: gelatin (capsule), vegetable lubricant.

It's Working

For 10 months I've been taking 2 caps in the morning & two at night. I had a bone scan which rates my osteoporosis (or potential for it) on a scale of 0 to 5 where 0 is normal, no problem and 5 is go see your doctor for help. Last year I rated a 5 on this scale. This year after taking MCHC, I rated a 2.1. That's a worthwhile improvement.

Hard to schedule around others meds.I take 4 caps per day and must allow at least 2 hour between my other daily meds. per my doctor's order.

Regained lost height

On a scale of 0 (no problem) to 5 (serious problem), my osteoporosis was a 5. After 10 mos. on MCHC, I measured 2 on the same machine. After a year and a half, I measured 1.5, that seems to be the best I can get, but it's good news.
