Suggested Usage

Follow directions to slowly begin to give your body a chance to adapt, but the wonderful thing is this: when you reach the full-dose of 2 capsules per day, it COMPLETELY REPOPULATES YOUR GUT IN 3 WEEKS!! What a difference for both me and my husband! And once you're done with the 3 weeks at full dose, you can choose to do maintenance dose if you'd like. We use 2 caps every 3rd day for maintenance.
