Melatonin is a natural hormone nutrient that is synthesized from the amino acid tryptophan by the pineal gland in the back of the brain. Melatonin regulates the metabolic rate during the change of seasons.

The only melatonin that actually works for me!

Prescribed by my Naturopath, this melatonin is the only one that actually works for me. Start with the lowest dose and increase, if needed. Highly recommend!
