I’ve been taking this for a couple years due to severe insomnia related to chronic illness. I have tried all different brands of Melatonin. This is by far the best. I never write reviews but this product is the best if you are looking to use melatonin. Try this product first you won’t be sorry. I also noticed I do not catch colds as often as i once did which for me is astonishing because my immune system is affected by my chronic illness. I hope you give it a try and have the same results i do!

Most effective Melatonin I've found

I have been taking Melatonin liquid and sublingual tablets for 15 years. This is by far the fastest-acting and most effective brand I have used. I rarely get naturally sleepy at bedtime and have a lot of trouble falling asleep. So, I put 6 drops under my tongue and hold for a minute and then read for a bit. I am sleepy within 10-15 mins MAX, and I can easily relax and go off to sleep. There is something about it being in a solution that helps pre-digest it so it goes right to work.

We've tried many different types of melatonin over time and believe this is one of the best. The fact that it's in a liquid means it's more of a direct help as it gets absorbed into your system faster. Also, coming from Premier Research Labs you know the quality of the product is top shelf. We've been taking this for many many years now and will continue to take this. It helps us sleep and we feel good about the company that makes it. Highly recommend this melatonin!
