Excellent for hot flashes!

I was suffering from unbearable hot flashes at all times of the day and night. I'd wake up sweating with my sheets soaked. It was so bad, my husband didn't even want to touch me during the night. On my doctor's recommendation, I went looking for a natural alternative to hormone replacement therapy when I was entering menopause and found Meno-Breeze at a local health store. It took a few months of continued use at the recommended dose (2 capsules in the evening), but once it kicked in, it really works! I can't remember when I had the last hot flash.
