This has the same ingredient that is in pills my doctor suggested (EstroG100). His brand works much better than this one for the hot spells.

Used this vendor because Amazon jacked up the price of the same item and I can’t be without it. Better price and fast free shipping! I use this in combo with black cohosh and I’m not sure if it’s one or both of these but when I’m out I’ll get bad hot flashes within a week. Takes a while to tell if it’s working for you so stick with it.
