So Far, So Good

I was struggling with crazy hot flashes and night sweats. This stuff came recommended and so far, it is great. My hot flashes are almost totally gone as are my night sweats. I am also dealing with menopause induced gerd and it seems to be helping with that as well, but not as dramatically. No side effects either. I have only been taking it for one month but will definitely keep going.
