K-2 A Must Addition to Your D-3 Supplement
by J
I was recently reminded by our doc last week that I hadn't purchased it for several months. Our doctor was quick to remind me why we should take it with the D3. My family has Chronic Lyme with varying and similar symptoms. My son has allergies and heat rashes for which he takes LDA. To enhance the affects, our doctor mentioned D3 with K-2. He was advising to take a little more of it for three days around the time of his LDA. I said we were taking D3, but he questioned if we were taking the K-2 as well. I said no, He said if you're taking a D3 supplement, you really need to take the K-2, which I knew, but the reminder was like a 2x4 had hit me in the head. K-2 helps to keep calcium from going rogue in your body. It's very important to have that balance. Helps to keep the calcium where it needs to be instead of calcifying here and there causing kidney stones, stroke, etc. It can be hard to find supplements that are decent and affordable. I find this one to be reasonable on both sides.
