My naturopath highly recommended this product for me, but I was already primed to try it after reading Merlin Sheldrake's "Entangled Life: How Fungi Make Our Worlds, Change Our Minds & Shape Our Futures." I believe this blend of several fungal fruiting bodies has helped to strengthen my immune system, and I have seen the evidence in colds that last just a day or two instead of a week or more.

Helping the body internally is the best 1 can do. I also drink Reverse Osmosis with 4 electrolyte tablets that dissolve in water/liquid from hammer nutrition in a 1 gallon jug of water I use. I drink half a gallon per day, 8-12 hours. Water helps this product function and allows the internal cellular system to do what it is and was designed to do. Keeping me healthy, functionality in every way.
