Suggested Usage

This supplement was recommended by a doctor that told me it would be a powerful antioxidant and take the edge off some of the sensitivities and irritants for my child. It did. The only issue I have is that the capsules are a little large to swallow.

So I've purchased this elsewhere and will be buying again when I need more. I loved this because it has 300 mg of NAC - my go-to amount. The other ingredients my chiro said were good for breaking up biofilms and supported removal of bacteria/viruses/toxins. Problem was it was doing it's job too good for me. I took it twice a day and things were going well for a couple weeks or so. Then, however, I threw up on a Monday and again on a Thursday. Mind you Wednesday was the best day I've had in a year, tho. However, he said it was just too much for my GI tract to deal with. So now I'm just doing plain NAC 300 mg 2 times a day and so in a week I'll replace one of the doses with this supplement again. Most people don't have this reaction, but that's the story of my life. Definitely not just sawdust. Great stuff.
