Suggested Usage
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule, 1-2 times daily, between meals.

Had to use this specific brand of NAC to counter the dirty effects caused by other brands of NAC tried.Awesome detoxifier for a multitude of substances, and I originally began taking NAC as an analgesic.Pure Encapsulations does not compound their products with any contaminants, and it really really matters for excellent health.

Downside: Expensive.
Pros: Good for inflammation. Per my experience with for Sibo inflammation, works only with liposomal vitamin C and lemon juice for the fresh vitamin C.
