I snort it 10 times in each nostril, closing one nosily each time. I do it at the first sign of a red flag sensation at the back of my throat. I also buy a regular bottle and take it orally. If I have a serious problem I work with my ND and take larger doses. I like silver because it kills bacteria , fungus and viruses but only the ""bad"" ones, not the ones needed to maintain our microbiome.

I use it every time I have sinus infection and it works. I also use silver in drops in my eyes. It stings a little but after that it is very soothing. Highly recommend by my chiropractor.
