Clinical research studies

In a randomized, placebo-controlled trial, a one-time dose of this arginine-silicate complex helped maintain flow-mediated dilation—a process used to measure circulatory health.²

During a different randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study, healthy volunteers took 1,500 mg a day of arginine-silicate complex directly before exercise for fLife Extension's days. For the group taking the arginine-silicate combo, salivary nitric oxide scores were significantly higher post-exercise than those taking the placebo.¹

NitroVasc™ Boost vs. regular arginine supplements

Many popular arginine supplements use a form of this amino acid called arginine hydrochloride. A randomized, double-blind trial showed that this form doesn’t provide the same blood plasma concentrations of L-arginine as the L-arginine-silicate complex in NitroVasc™ Boost:
