I am giving these a three star rating because of potential for choking due to shape and size and that other products on this site have more DHA/Omega counts. They are yummy and it is a quality brand. Are they bad, no. Can you do better, yes. I have switched from this product.

I have a 13 year-old who has to take other medications for other things. He loves the taste of Nordic Omega-3 Gummies....I just double the vitamins 2 in the morning and 2 later in the day. They are easy to take and no hassles....recommended by a PhD. and a alternative medicine Dr.....all Nordic's
