I have epstein barr virus and was sick all the time. pretty much bed ridden. my doctor advised me to start taking them as an experimental thing to see if they would help me. I took them for a few years and was amazed at how well I did. Not one cold or flu in the whole time I was taking them. I rarely ever got a flare up of my virus and when I did it would only last a day or two rather then weeks and months at a time like before. I stopped taking them because of financial difficulties and was out of work. and I didn't start getting sick again until about two years later and gradually became ill with the same severity as I did previously to taking the nucleotides. I just recently started back on them and i am already feeling the gradual improvement in how I feel even though it has only been two weeks... It is obvious to me that I can't live without them.
