I had my gallbladder removed and used to have cramping and not regular. this works great and seems to help process fats that my gallbladder used to.

I like the balance of vitamins, minerals and enzymes. I've had a complete hysterectomy and do not want supplemental iron in my multi-vitamin. The cal-mag ratio is 1/1, which some say is good for optimum calcium uptake. Additionally, the cal-mag amounts are not too high, which I prefer as I eat these nutrients daily in my food. I've had no adverse effects or digestion issues with this product.
