First I have to mention, I have been plant based for almost 7 years now for environmental and animal cruelty reasons. I have tried algae oils but never felt to much of a change. I found True Grace and did some research on the brand and found that the Fish Oil is high quality, has a HIGH amount of EPA/DHA compared to other brands, and is a clean and sustainable source. So, I have been using the Fish Oil for over a month now. The changes in my mood, energy, sleep, anxiety have all improved for the better. I have had sciatic like nerve pain for a few years now, which started to subside about a week ago. I now take the Multivitamin, Probiotic and Lions Mane. I am a forever Fan!
