OptiZinc™ tablets, provided by Douglas Laboratories®, supply zinc monomethionine, a chemically defined, patented organic compound which provides zinc and the amino acid methionine in a 1:1 ratio. Each scored tablet contains 30 mg of elemental zinc, exclusively in the form of zinc monomethionine.

Suggested Usage
As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 capsule daily, or as directed by your health professional.
