Suggested Usage

It's too early to tell if this works or not. Directions say to mix in a liquid but what they don't say is within a minute, your liquid will contain spots of a gel-like substance. I found it best to mix a drink quickly!

I have complex immune issues from mold and tick born illnesses. optifiber lean is a great binder and mover! if you don't drink it fast it turns to gel and you have to eat it : ) not bad just weird. the scoops are tiny so it is easy to get down!
