While somewhat strong when diffused by itself, Organic Black Pepper Essential Oil can add warmth and spice up your favorite DIY diffuser blends.

USDA certified organic, this essential oil blends well with oils such as Bergamot Essential Oil, Frankincense Essential Oil, and Rosemary Essential Oil. Black Pepper is an excellent choice to help in reducing muscle tension and perception of pain after a hard workout. It also supports healthy digestion and joint health for aging joints that are prone to pain.

Suggested Usage

Use thi Organic Oil to make PRE-BATH OIL

A Great toning Pre-Bath Oil can be made with this Orgaic Black Pepper Oil
-PRE-BATH BASE OIL-
FORMULA FOR BASE OIL
2 TBSP Grapeseed Oil
20 drops Jojoba Oil
10 drops Evening Primrose
5 drops Carrot Oil
BLEND WELL ..SET ASIDE
Next Combine Toning Oils
FORMULA
3 drops Black Pepper
5 drops Lemongrass
2 drops Ginger
Blend well and add to Pre-Batb Base Oil.
Apply Oil all over your body before stepping into a BATH. ( This method does not have same effect if you attempt to use it before a shower)
