Suggested Usage
- Mix 1 tablespoon with at least 10 oz of water, juice or your favorite beverage. Stir and drink immediately.

Have been using this for several years and it has helped with regularity. My doctor agreed that it's helpful but be sure to drink plenty of liquid afterwards or it can cause cramping.
