- Osteo-Mins AM formula, meant to be taken in the morning, supplies strontium, zinc, selenium, copper, manganese, molybdenum, boron and silicon completing the daily mineral regimen.

I have used this product for years at the request of a chiropractic-internist to enhance bone health for prevention of osteoporosis. I had a recent bone density exam and awaiting the results to determine if taking this product continues to provide positive results.
