I don't know how this product will work or if it does or not. I am taking this at the recommendation of my doctor. I have been diagnosed with osteopinea, a forerunner of osteoporosis. If I don't end up with osteoporosis when I get elderly, I guess the product worked. I will write an update when I get to that point.

I am taking Osteo Vegan (Plant-based calcium and strontium)
I have osteoporosis and am trying to improve my bone density by taking these natural products. I'll be getting another DEXA Bone density scan in October after being 1 year on these products. Hopefully my numbers will have improved so that I can avoid the strong "injectables" which is the drug the Endocrinologists recommend
