Suggested Usage

Ox bile is best used with meals with higher fat content.

Great for those of us who have had our gall bladder removed. I tried one cap a day as per my Naturopath, but went back to one cap at each meal as per my TCM practitioner, and find better results with digestion overall when I use them more often than less often.
