My personal opinion, i bean taken for 2 weeks now and i eat the same way, have bowel changes but the same hungry.

Excellent for helping control blood sugar spikes

I’m using this for blood sugar control. If I know I’m going to have a higher carb meal and/or alcohol, I pregame with one packet and a bit of olive oil in water. My blood sugar will stay in the 85-95 range rather than shooting up to 150+.
