Suggested Usage
- Adults: Take 10 mL twice daily.

Best taken within 30 minutes before meals.

How did I ever live without it?

I LOVE Plant Force Liquid Iron. I am a 48 year old mother of 9. In addition to the natural demands of raising a large family, I am nursing a one year old who doesn't sleep all night, yet! ;-) And even with the extra awaking in the night, since taking Plant Force, I feel at least 10 years younger! I have always been a supplement taker, but never knew there was anything that could make me feel like this. I don't know what I ever did without it!

My midwife suggested a liquid iron to boost my iron levels. This Gaia brand tasted great, did not upset my stomach and lasted awhile in the fridge. It worked to increase my iron levels and is also more affordable than Floradix. I would take it first thing in the morning, before my prenatal vitamin and breakfast.
