Suggested Usage

I've used this product for the past 15 months mainly for a nourishing breakfast. But I've also used this to sub for a lunch or supper since it's so fast and easy to make, and satisfies my hunger. I love it !

I use this along with Metagenics Ultra Clear. I replace 2 meals a day with these products. If I get a sweet tooth at any time, I mix this with almond milk, a little stevia, and it's liquid snack!

My wife and I love this product and we have been using it for the last 3 months. The company recently changed the formula so its not the same, but it is still tasty. Its not easy to find greens in the chocolate/espresso flavor. I would have given it 5 stars if it had not changed, but it is still good!

I have purchased the espresso flavor greens numerous times and I really like the taste of it. You could always add a scoop to coffee with a little milk and it will taste like a hot chocolate! I just wish it wasn't as pricey.
