pH Minerals is an Ionic Mineral Concentrate from Utah's Great Salt Lake water that contains an electrochemically charged source of minerals and provides a good source of magnesium.
Suggested Usage
Take 1/2 teaspoon, daily in 1 liter of juice or water. For those who are sensitive, dilute 1/4 tsp. in 2 liters of water. May also be taken in soups and foods.
Due to the concentrated nature of these minerals, do not take undiluted.

This was recommended to me by a highly knowledgeable naturopathic specialist. I’ve been taking it daily for months and it definitely has a cumulative effect. My cells feel like they’re swimming in an ocean of nutrients with everything they need. Minerals play a huge role in cellular function and conductivity, as well as healthy blood pH. According to my specialist, ionic minerals increase cellular function approximately 5 fold. Virtually everyone is mineral deficient due to depleted soils, and of the dozen+ supplements I take, I consider this one the most essential.

I have been using this product for over a year. I seem to need a lot of electrolytes. I prefer this to natural sea salt. It has a good taste and seems to help me. My HR lowers and I can exercise more with less stress.

As I've tried to clean up my diet, I've started drinking only distilled water or reverse osmosis. While I know I would 'probably' get all the necessary minerals from food sources, having this as an additive to the water ensures that I'm not missing anything.
I have always gotten bad cramps in my legs when I've had extended time off from the gym and while I can't say that these added minerals are the sole reason I haven't gotten them, I am 100% sure they are helping tremendously. I have a good understanding of essential nutrients but I wouldn't have bought this without a recommendation from one of the wonderful practitioners at the store; so thank you for that!
