Easy to take
by SpaceCase
This Prenatal is awesome. I take two soft gels, once a day. Just remember to take them after you have taken all the other vitamins that you may take. The fish oil can make the vitamins void if you take them at the same time. So I normally take them in the evening. The soft gels are small, and easy to take.
