This isn’t my top choice for prenatal but still a really good option. This has a lot of nutrients that don’t come In standard prenatal vitamins.

I switched over to Nordic from the Thorne prenatal after my B12 came back abnormally high. After being in Nordic for over a month now I had my blood tests redone and I’m so relieved that all my vitamin levels came back in the normal range. I love that it has folate too. It’s really the best prenatal out there. The only downside is the pill is huge and can be hard to swallow at times.
