Great product for those with allergies

by KNicole -

I used this product a few years ago when I was breastfeeding my very food sensitive daughter. I couldn't eat dairy, soy, wheat, fish, shellfish, egg, and even oatmeal. Most vitamins have fillers in them including dairy, wheat/gluten etc, so those were out for me. These helped tremendously through an already tough time. I am now using this as a pre-natal vitamin again. I recommend, allergies or not.

Excellent Prenatal!

by SpaceCase

This is a great product by a great company. No fillers, that's why I only have to take 2 a day and I love it! It also has 1mg of Folic acid which is necessary for women thinking about having children or women who are pregnant.

Great Product!

by Future Mommy -

I was told by several people that prenatal vitamins were difficult to take because they were hard on your stomach. I haven't had any problems with these vitamins, I've taken them on an empty and full stomach and never felt sick. The one thing I don't care for is the taste, but taking them with juice instead of water solves that problem.

Love the pure ingredients

by Rivera

The main reason I switched to this brand of Pure Encapsulations was because they have no added soy or other junk. That's really hard to find. I reccomend these.

taking one a day...

by allie c.

Great product. Most prenatal vitamins have made me sick. I would like to note: On the suggested usage recommendations it notes to take two a day; however, I take one because of the Vitamin A amount. Be sure to check with your midwife/ health care physician before taking. You are only suppose to have 10,000 UI of vitamin A a day, anything over that may become toxic to the body. The dose amount for 2 is 8,000 UI. As we know, vitamin A is NOT water soluble. We get a good amount of vitamin A thru foods we eat as well. Again, check with your health care provider.
