Best Probiotic

I now take them daily. I had an issue after ruptured appendix surgery and was recommended taking Probiotics. My daughter uses this brand and they work great. I won't use any other brand

Good Choice

I have been using this pre/probiotic for almost a year now. I feel confident with the quality and this brand. Only thing I would change is making the pill easier to swallow. For some reason it gets stuck in my throat. Maybe my thyroid is swollen. I have Hashimoto low thyroid issues. Could be making it hard to get passed it. It's a tiny chalky round pill
