It seems good but haven't been on it long enough for me to tell

I like I only have to take one pill once a day. Idk if it is helping me yet because the issue I bought it for was because of recurring UTI's but it doesn't seem to have helped any better than any other probiotic. So for the price and me having to order online idk if it's worth it.
