Probiotic Pearls were developed to help maintain a healthy balance of beneficial bacteria to help preserve healthy digestive function and a healthy immune response.
In order for a probiotic supplement to be effective, it must utilize a delivery form that defends the live, active cultures from a wide array of damaging, ever present environmental factors. Probiotic Pearls utilizes a novel encapsulating process, known as True Delivery™ Technology. Suggested Usage
Take 1 capsule daily, with water or your favorite beverage or as recommended by your healthcare professional.

I've been using these Pearls for almost three years. I take one a day. The best part of it is I have one movement in the morning when I wake up, without any straining or effort. My co-workers think 4-6 movements per day is normal! Eating a healthy diet, cutting back on coffee, not smoking and abstaining from alcohol all help to keep the flora in your digestive system healthy. A better attitude also goes along with a happy digestive system.
