Did not work as well as others - not enough enzymes for lactose intolerance

I've tried several multi-purpose enzymes, and although I am a fan of this brand for other supplements, these enzymes were not as effective for multiple foods, especially for lactose intolerance. If the latter is not so much of a concern for you, this product may be worth a try.
