ProDHA Memory's potent and DHA-rich formula has a blend of four nutrients: concentrated omega-3 fish oil, optimized curcumin, phosphatidylcholine, and huperzine A. The omega-3s EPA and DHA, along with phosphatidylcholine, support the structure and function of brain cells. Optimized curcumin and huperzine A help aid in neural communication and help protect neurons by modulating the effects of oxidative stress.
Suggested Usage
Two soft gels daily, with food, or as directed by your health care professional or pharmacist.

I take this only once a day and started it a few months ago and started noticing a change in my memory in about a month after starting to use it. Where it used to take me hours to recall words, things, people's names, etc. I can usually recall within few minutes now. I have not been able to do this in years and was very frustrated only being in my mid-40s.
