I take two capsules a day, changing from a regular omega 3 product. Can't tell what is happening inside, but my hair is stronger, thicker and shinier and my nails are growing faster, even in the cold New England weather.

This is a great synergistic, cost-effective product as CoQ10 needs to be taken with a bit of fat. I take it between 8 and 10 p.m. because the body utilizes fats best between these hours.
