My eye doctor told me to take this for dry eyes. It seems to help. However, the capsules stick together and are very hard to separate. It's very expensive.

I was already taking fish oil capsules as a preventative measure and when my friend read the label, they recommended this product as being superior. So, ordered them and when completed my former capsules, then began with Nordic Naturals. I am now into my second bottle and will soon have some regular bloodwork done. It will be interesting to see if there is any improvement.
