Recommended by my naturopath. It's a pretty good product. I appreciate that there is no aftertaste or fish burps. However, I do taste the essence of fish when taking it. It's not so bad that it's a dealbreaker for me, but may be to someone more sensitive.

I have had great success with this product with my cholesterol levels - good and bad - great numbers. Do not need medication any longer. Bought also for my daughter for her dry eyes and she said "what a difference this product makes" I also have blepharitis and it makes my eye lids less red.
