Beta carotene is a pigment responsible for the red, yellow, and orange colors in some fruits and vegetables. Beta carotene converts to vitamin A in the body and plays a number of important roles in your overall health. I am allergic to fish, and it is very difficult to find Vitamin A with no fish oil. I am very thankful Food Carotene 10000 IU Vitamin A Activity product is made.
