I can’t wait to subscribe to regular delivery of Nordic Naturals Magnesium gummies. I take them every night. I fall asleep easier and find I crave dark chocolate less. They taste great! Serving size is three; I take two, assuming I get some magnesium in the food I eat. Can’t recommend these enough.
