Suggested Usage

As a dietary supplement, take 1 Vcap® daily.

Great product for good weight management

I take this product because it lowers blood sugar and is an anti-inflammatory. Would recommend this to anyone looking to lose weight/maintain weight (along with a healthy diet and exercise). Always consult a doctor before taking any nutritional supplements.
