This product is amazing. My face was hurting so bad with sinus pressure. I used 2 sprays each side and the pain was gone in 10 minutes, the headache was gone in 1 hour. Love this!

I believe the Argentyn 23 if very powerful. It is part of my arsenal against COVID-19. I am so glad I got it in the spray. Perfect for helping the sinuses. ANd, it's great that it's refillable!

This product is very helpful when my nasal cavities ache. When I had a sore inside my nose from the dry weather, the silver was the thing that helped heal it. I’ve also used it on a spot on my face that didn’t seem to want to heal either.

After dealing with chronic sinus infections for 30 years+, my life was starting to be seriously affected by it. Tried neti pots, essential oils, allergy medicine, nasal steroids, etc. FINALLY this stuff was the thing that helped. For the first few months, all manner of colored stuff was coming out of my nose multiple times a day-- gross, yes, but also great signs of progress. Now in a maintenance phase, I use every night before bed and as needed throughout the week. Like other Argentyn stuff, the effects are immediately noticeable, and I haven't experienced any side effects other than relief. Side note, in using the spray for my sinus infection, it also helped clear up a recurring lung infection, so that was a wonderful surprise.
