Suggested Usage

I googled item & it showed a bottle with 180 pills. next i went to the web sight and it was a good price for 34.99 and again the photo claimed it was 180 pills. after purchasing the receipt said 90 pills. appears to be a bait and switch. I told the rep many bad reviews on this company and im a newby with severe health issues and can they make an exception and send me what i paid for. I was told NO...
