Effective

Helps to lower blood pressure within 15-20 minutes. Initially purchased for alleviating arthritis pain, however, since I have normal BP, felt nauseous and dizzy after taking. Administered to my relative with high BP and within 15 minutes it dropped by 10 -15 points to normal range. Use with caution and seek medical advice.
