Helps prevent mascara smudging
by Andy
Been using this for years - at first as conditioner and protective layer under mascara, which helped prevent or reduce mascara smudging. I wear waterproof mascara and with the conditioner as an under layer, mascara would still sometimes smudge from contact with facial products. Then, I discovered applying the conditioner as a top layer over mascara. That's the best way for me. Apply as under and/or over layer, depending upon how thick you want your lashes to look, and whether and how much your mascara tends to smudge. I suggest waiting for each layer to dry completely before applying the next one ~ i.e. avoid applying mascara to still-moist conditioner, and avoid applying conditioner over mascara that hasn't dried completely.
