From ancient Greece to the present, nettle has been documented for its traditional use in inhibiting coughs, tuberculosis, and arthritis and in stimulating hair growth. Studies show that nettle leaf may have anti-inflammatory actions. These actions are thought to be caused by nettle preventing the body from making inflammatory chemicals known as prostaglandins. Quercetin is used for its anti-histamine and anti-inflammatory properties. Quercetin also helps protect LDL cholesterol from being damaged and has anti-estrogenic effects.
Suggested Usage
As a dietary supplement, take three capsules per day with meals, or as directed by your health care practitioner.

This product is excellent for inflammation. A good product for asthma inflammation or people who suffer from asthma. Works as a great antiinflammatory and antioxidant.

I had watery eyes, it was so bad, that people stopped on the street and asked me what happened, because they thought I was crying. It was even difficult to walk for me because I had tears and could not see in front of me. My doctors thought it's alergy and I tried all available allergy medications. I have allergies not bad but enough to be irritating. This really helps with watery eyes and other symptoms. With the nettles added it just helps out in other areas.
