Suggested Usage
Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating; immediately after towel drying; at least every 2 hours.

This SPF lotion initially feels soft but gets sticky as you rub it in. It also leaves some white residue on your skin.

I have been using this day cream for about a year and have been very satisfied. I always try to use natural products and this is also very reasonably priced. I also light the night cream.
